Meet Your Agent, Marcel Morris!

Meet your agent at The Crescent, Marcel Morris. Marcel has been working with Oliver Hume for just over a decade, with his 10-year anniversary celebrated in August 2022.

Much of Marcel’s time at Oliver Hume has been spent working with ID_Land, selling both land and house and land packages to people entering the property market. Marcel has been lucky enough to work with both experienced buyers, and first home buyers! Over his career, Marcel has sold projects exclusively in the North and Western Corridors of Melbourne.

Some of the projects that Marcel has been a part of are Fairview (Mernda), Amber (Wollert), Rosewood (Deanside), Elements (Truganina), and now The Crescent (South Morang), all of which are ID_Land communities.

Marcel describes his career as one where he can always be evolving and innovating. Particularly with the off-the-plan property, Marcel finds that he is continuously improving the way in which he helps customers and stays ahead of the competition. Whether that be walking with customers through a site, measuring a block of land, or discovering past projects from a builder to present to new customers.

Marcel stays motivated and is driven by working with some of the best developers in the country and helping find his customers a home that is perfect for them. He also loves being part of the delivery of some of the best projects in Melbourne, with suburb leading results.

In his spare time when he is not helping people purchase their dream property, Marcel enjoys hiking his way through Victoria, swimming, and attending the odd pilates session!
