The team at The Crescent are excited to share the latest construction update, as final major civil works near completion.

With civil Practical Completion fast approaching, the team have been focused on finishing the last infrastructure works within the project. Major works remaining include the final layer of asphalt, streetlighting, road line marking, and lot grading. External service upgrades and connection works continue and are targeted for completion at the end of this month.

With limited civil works remaining, the team are working hard to receive Authority approvals, which is a key step in the achievement of Statement of Compliance.
