Sales & Construction Update
August was another great month for the construction team at The Crescent, with lots of activity occurring on-site! Sewer installation is now over 55% complete, and drainage works have recently commenced.
As we enter spring, the team will continue with sewer & drainage installation works across the site. Land titles are currently anticipated to register in the second quarter of 2024.
From the Display Suite, we currently have 12 homes available including the Luna, Europa, Titan, and Atlas floorplans.
