Sales & Construction Update

As autumn arrives, it has been busy at The Crescent and the team is excited to share our latest construction update.

The installation of electrical and communication systems began after external electrical upgrade works were completed last month. The team expects this work to be completed by the end of the month.

We are glad to report that the water and gas installation process has already begun and is progressing smoothly. Construction of retaining walls is also scheduled to commence this month.
