Progress at The Crescent has continued smoothly into April, with the team excited to share the latest milestones from on site.

We are glad to report that gas and water installation have been completed, and that external sewer works have commenced.

The Crescent is quickly coming together, as retaining wall construction is set to commence this month. The team are also getting ready for the first layers of roads to begin being laid later this month.

Now over 70% sold, homes at The Crescent are quickly selling with a limited number of floorplans remaining.
