The Findon Road Extension Is Now Open!

We are excited to share that the extension to Findon Road is now open!

Running from Williamsons Road to Danaher Drive, the extension is a significant investment by the City of Whittlesea in improving the local road network, as well as making it even easier to visit and access The Crescent!

The $15 million Findon Road to Plenty Road extension delivers a critical new east-west link that will ease congestion and cut down on travel times.

The extension features additional lanes, a walking and cycling path aligned to the existing Yan Yean Pipe Track and a road bridge over the underpass extension to the Mernda rail line, as well as street lighting, drainage and landscaping.
