2023 in Review!
As 2023 comes to an end we are taking a moment to look back on the year that was!
June was an exciting month at The Crescent, with construction works commencing on site. Throughout the year The Crescent has continued to take shape, with drainage and external works being completed in November, and internal water works now progressing.
The Display Suite is now open with homes available including a variety of floorplans on offer.
By November this year, just six months after launch, 60 percent of The Crescent had already sold out! The Crescent’s prime location, convenience for the whole family and incredible homes on offer have underpinned its popularity to date, with many floorplans still on offer via the Display Suite!
In June, the Findon Road extension was completed. Running from Williamsons Road to Danaher Drive, the local road network was significantly improved, making The Crescent even easier to access.
With additional lanes, a walking path and the underpass to the Mernda rail line, residents have many great options for travelling around the area.
