As autumn arrives, it has been busy at The Crescent and the team is excited to share our latest construction update. The installation of electrical and communication systems began after external electrical upgrade works were completed last month. The team expects this work to be completed by the end of the month.

2024 is off to a great start at The Crescent! The team have been working hard over the past month and we are pleased to share our latest construction update. External electrical works are nearing completion, and internal electrical and communications installation has now begun.

As 2023 comes to an end we are taking a moment to look back on the year that  was! Construction Commenced June was an exciting month at The Crescent, with construction works commencing on site. Throughout the year The Crescent has continued to take shape, with drainage and external works being completed in November, and internal water works now progressing.

As the end of the year quickly approaches, construction progress at The Crescent has continued smoothly with each day getting closer to residents moving into their dream homes. Drainage works are nearing completion as the team prepare for a busy 2024, road preparation has commenced and will continue into the new year. From the Display Suite, we only have a limited number of floorplans, including Titan, Atlas, Luna, and Europa, left on the market as The Crescent quickly sells out.

The Crescent team would like to wish you and your family a wonderful holiday season, and we thank you for your ongoing support in 2023. The Crescent is now 65% sold, with the first land titles expected to come through in Q2, 2024. When our doors re-open in the new year, we look forward to welcoming you back to the Display Suite and recommencing walk-through inspections.
